Usage & Commercialization

The commission art is only allowed to be used for personal. If you repost the commission, please do it with the proper watermarkFinished commission will normaly be posted to public on social media. However, you could request to not be posted.Commercial use of the commission will incur an additional charge, please contact the artist to clarify the detail.you were not allowed to:

Revisions

To do revisions, please tell the detailed problem in chat or screenshot the problem. (better both of them)Major revisions are only acceptable in the sketch process. In the lineart process, only 3 attempts of minor revisions were given. After getting into the color process, There're no more revisions accepted.

Turnaround Time

One piece of artwork needed 8-12 Hours of work that split into 2-3 days. More complex artwork required more time. Real-life factors could affect the piece to be finished either faster or slower.Potential delays that may happen will immediately notified, so it may not cause concern.Work in progress (WIP) previews will always be given throughout the process. You also can be asked for the previews.

Refund & Cancellation

Please be sure if you want to do some commission. If you have financial problems, please afford it.You allowed to cancel the commission before the sketch process begin.After payment has been made, you will not be allowed to refund or cancel the commission you have made. With paid, you also agree to this term of service.

Payment

Payment is made via PayPal & waited to get verified.Payment must need to be made after the sketch is approved. If the payment has not been made, the progress of the commission will be delayed after the payment is done.
